| 抄録: | A 54-year-old man was seen with chief complaints of burning on urination and gross hematuria. Cystoscopy revealed a small polypoid tumor in the trigone. Partial cystectomy was performed. Histological findings were quite unique and multitudinous, comprising of glandular metaplasia, lacunae, cystitis glandularis et cystica and mucus-secreting adenocarcinoma. |
