| 抄録: | A 49-year-old woman visited our clinic with the chief complaint of left flank pain. The urinalysis revealed no abnormal finding. Intravenous pyelography showed slight abnormality of the left kidney. Aortography and selective renal angiography revealed a tumor of the left kidney, either malignant tumor or angioma. Transperitoneal nephrectomy was performed. The lower third of the removed kidney consisted of a large tumor, measuring 4.5×4. 5×4.5cm, and histological diagnosis was renal angiomyoliposarcoma. Tuberous sclerosis was not associated. No local recurrence or metastasis is noticed 5 months after surgery. |
