| 抄録: | A 29-year-old man with idiopathic priapism was treated by the caverno-spongiosa anastomosis after 100 hours duration, resulting in the complete recovery of sexual function. The postoperative cavernography demonstrated the entirely patent shunt. Now, we believe that caverno-spongiosa anastomosis is the most promising treatment for relief of priapism. |
