Cystometryからみたatropine-N-n-octylbromide(AD122)の膀胱機能に対する効果

Abstract

AD 122 10 mg was administered intravenously to 27 patients with acute cystitis, chronic cystitis, neurogenic bladder, prostatic hypertrophy, etc. In order to inve8tigate the antispasmodic effect of AD 122 on the urinary bladder, cystometric stndies were carried out before and after administration. The results were as follows. 1. Volume of the bladder at the time of the first desire to void increased in 21 patients after administration of AD 122. 2. Volume of the bladder at the time of fullness increased in 19 patients. 3. Maximum voluntary pressure 'became lower in 12 patients, did not change in 7 patients, and became a little higher in 6 patients. 4. Lowering of intravesical pressure and suppression of spike wave were observed in cystometrograph after administration. The marked effect was seen in 4 patients with automatic bladder.
