| 抄録: | 1) A total of 27 patients with cystitis have been treated with Wyvital. Wyvital was markedly effective in 14 cases, effective in 9, and without effect in 4. The effectiveness rate was 85.2 %. 2) In the last 6 years, the pathogenic organisms isolated from 329 patients with acute cystitis in our clinic were 180 strains of E. coli, 49 strains of Staphylococcus epidermidis, and 44 strains of Staphylococcus aureus. Thus, E. coli was observed in many cases and occupied 54.7%. 3) E. coli was stronger than Staphylococci against the existing antibiotics. The clinical effectiveness of PC, EM, OL, LM, SX, etc. was less than 50 %. 4) No significant side effect of Wyvital was observed. |
