| 抄録: | A case of renal papillary necrosis is presented. A 46-year-old male, a heavy alcohol drinker, was admitted to Osaka University Hospital with complaints of anuria and jaundice. He died on the 13th hospital day, in spite of peritoneal dialyses and hemodialyses against the conditions of hyperpotassemia and azotemia. At autopsy a peptic ulcer and bilateral renal papillary necrosis were found. |
