| 抄録: | An operative case of left adrenal pheochromocytoma in a 26-year-old female who had chronic constipation is reported. The serum insulin levels, simultaneously determined on oral glucose tolerance tests, showed an earlier peak in phentholamine infusion than that in the control state. Preoperative treatment both with alpha-blockade, phenoxybenzamine and with beta-blockade, propranolol for two days stabilized her condition so well as to tolerate the surgery. Postoperative course was also uneventful. |
