| 抄録: | We used Dilospan in the case of symptoms such as colic pain, postexamination dull pain, miction pain and pollakisuria and in the case of neurogenic bladder. The obtained results are as follows. I. In the case of injection 1. The effective rate within 30 minutes was 62.5 % in the case of colic pain and 73.3 % in the case of postexamination pain. 2. In the case of retrograde cystomery of the neurogenic bladder, bladder capacity in• creased and maximum rest pressure decreased in the hypertonic type and no changed in the reflex type. II. In the case of tablet. The effective rate within 24hours was 92.9 % in the case of postexamination pain, 91. 7 % in the case of miction pain, and 75 % in the case of pollakisuria. As a side effect, headache was noted in 3 cases and constipation in one case. |
