| 抄録: | Multiple primary malignant tumors occur more frequently than one would suspect, but uncommon yet in the urological practice in Japan. Here reported are four cases of double primary malignant tumors as follows: Case 1 was a 87-year-old woman with gastric cancer (adenocarcinoma) and bladder cancer (transitional cell carcinoma). Case 2 was a 66-year-old man with bladder cancer (transitional cell carcinoma) and cancer of the bile duct (adenocarcinoma). Case 3 was a 71-year-old man with cancer of the renal pelvis (transitional cell carcinoma) and laryngeal cancer (squamous cell carcinoma). Case 4 was a 42-year-old woman with metastatic malignant melanoma of the lymph node, the primary lesion being unknown, and bladder cancer (transitional cell carcinoma). |
