| 抄録: | Twenty-nine cases of acute pyelonephritis were treated with CX-48 (Cephalexin) and the following results were obtained. 1) Drug sensitivity of clinically obtained E. coli to CX-48 was generally the same as that to AB-PC and was slightly lower than that to CER and CEZ. 2) Clinical effect was obtained clearly in 27 cases out of 29 cases. 3) No definite untoward effect was observed on clinical laboratory tests evaluated. |
