| 抄録: | Effects of AD 122 on the ureter were investigated by means of ureteral electromyogram. A clinical study was also made. 1. Effect upon the human ureter: At the time of nephropexy or pyelolithotomy, 10 mg of AD 122 was intravenously given. Electromyogram of the ureter showed marked decrease of peristaltic discharge. 2. Effect upon the canine ureter: Mongrel dogs weighing 14 to 18 kg were given 2.5 to 5.0 mg of AD 122 intravenously. Electromyogram of the ureter showed decrease or arrest of peristaltic discharge with occasional retrograde peristalsis. 3. Clinical study: Eight patients, five having pain after endoscopy and three with chronic cystitis, were given 5 to 10 mg of AD 122 intravenously or 60 mg perorally per day. Six showed good clinical response. |
