| Abstract: | Six cases of Wilms' tumor including a rare case of adult one were experienced for these three years. Details of each case were reported. Whole cases in childhood were treated with surgical removal, irradiation and chemotherapy being well without any episodes of recurrence but one who died of liver metastasis 2 years postoperatively. Literature on Wilms’ tumor was reviewed with the special reference to its diagnosis, treatment and prognosis for the pediatric cases and to its statistics in Japan for an adult one. |
