dc.description.abstractCholexamine, 2, 2, 6, 6-tetrakis (nicotinoyloxymethyl) cyclohexanol was administered orally 2 tablets three times daily for 7 to 66 days to the patients: 5 benign prostatic hypertrophy, 5 bladder neurosis, 3 chronic cystitis, 2 prost at isms, 1 bladder cancer, 1 chronic prostatitis, 1 neurogenicbladder, 1 prostatic cancer and 1 urethral stricture. The clinical response was excellent in 8 (40%), effective in 8 (40%), ineffective in 4 (20%). The effectiveness was especially excellent in cases administered over 5 weeks and in cases over 51 years old. Side effect was only in one who showed reddness in the face.en
