| 抄録: | Atraumatic rupture of the left renal pelvis which seemed to have occurred closely after the labor was reported in a 30-year-old multipara. The kidney showed much increase in size and multiple infarctions with the pelvis full of blood clot penetrating at its posteromedial portion out to retroperitoneal cavity. Literatures were reviewed briefly. |
