| 抄録: | Transurethral ureteral meatotomy for ureterocele was performed in all of seven adult patients in our clinic between April, 1971 and September, 1973. Simple incision (meatotomy) was performed for comparatively small ureterocele, and inverted T shaped meatotomy for the large one. Stasis of the upper urinary tract was improved in all cases. Postoperative transient VUR was observed only in two patients. Because of the satisfactory results of our follow up examination, transurethral procedure was prefered rather than open procedure for the surgical treatment of ureterocele. |
