| 抄録: | Preoperative localization of parathyroid tumor by ultrasonotomography was carried out in three cases, which were surgically proved. The echo gram of parathyroid tumor showed cystic pattern. These three tumors were oval-shaped and belonged to rather large group in size and weight comparing with our 73 cases experienced before. This method is applicable as a new diagnostic technique for preoperative localization of parathyroid tumor. However, the lesions less than 1 cm in diameter and/or thin lesions seem not to be detected by ultrasonotomography. |
