陰茎癌の臨床統計的観察

Abstract

1. Thirty-two cases of penile cancer seen in our clinic during past ten years were reported. A statistical study was made on the occurrence, age distribution, initial symptom, primary site of involvement, associated condition, lymphnodes involvement and other clinicopathological findings. 2. Thirty cases of 32 patients were treated in our clinic. Ten cases of 14 patients (71.4%) during first five years were treated with the combination of surgery and radiation therapy, while 14 cases of 16 patients (87.5%) during second five were with bleomycin; 4 cases (25.0%) combined with surgery, 3 (18.75%) with radiation, 6 (37.5%) with surgery and radiated, and one (6.25%) bleomycin only. 3. Surgical procedure became more simply in recent cases, and surgical indication seemed to have gradually decreased. 4. Bleomycin-treated cases were almost good in clinical course except three cases: one death, one recurrence and one not-followed. 5. A brief discussion was made on surgical procedure, chemotherapy and roentgen treatment. Now, we should make an effort to improve in the treatment of bleomycin-resistant, previously treated, and highly advanced cases of penile cancer.
