腸管利用による尿路手術の臨床的観察

Abstract

A follow-up study of 15 patients who underwent urological operations using isolated bowel segment in our Department during the last 10 years was made. The operations including 3 ureterosigmoidocystostomies, 1 ureteroileocolocystostomy, sigmoidocystoplasty, 3 ureteroileocystostomies, 3 ureterosigmoidostomies, and 4 ileal conduits were carried out for 5 patients with urological malignancies, 1 patient with ureterovaginal fistula following hysterectomy for carcinoma of the cervix, 1 patient with unilateral ureteral stenosis and ureterovaginal fistula, and 1 patient with bilateral ureteral stenosis following hysterectomy for myoma of the uterus. All patients who underwent tile operations for urologic or gynecologic benign diseases have been in good condition without any serious problem. For the anastomosis of the ureter to the intestine Cordonnier's or Kerr-Colby's method was applied and the former sustained good ureteral patency at anastomosis sites, the latter resulted in progressively occurred ureteral stenosis in 2 cases.
