| 抄録: | A case of incomplete duplication of both ureters in a 19-year-old female, who has complained frequent attack of left flank colic pain, is reported. Fluoroscopic retrograde pyelography using air bubble technique and RI-renography revealed "uretero-ureteral reflux", and surgical repair by pyelo-ureteral anastomosis has corrected the flank pain. The mechanism of retrograde flow from one ureter into the other was investigated, and its diagnosis and indication of surgical treatment are discussed. |
