泌尿器科領域におけるS-Adchnon tablets30の使用経験

Abstract

S-Adchnon Tablets 30 containing adrenochrome-mono·aminoguanidine-methanesulfonate as a main ingredient has been administered to 8 patients with idiopathic renal bleeding, 6 with hemorrhage due to pyelonephritis or cystitis, 4 with hemorrhage due to bladder tumor or urethral caruncle, one with hemorrhage after cystoscopy, 10 with chronic nephritis, and 6 with hemorrhage or albuminuria due to hydronephrosis or movable kidney, for a total of 36 cases. An excellent effect was obtained in 10 cases, a good effect in 14, the efficacy rate being 68.7%. As to the side effects, no subjective untoward effects were noted, while prolongation or shortening of bleeding time or coagulation time were noted in a few cases. No abnormal change was observed in liver function test and BUN.
