Abstract

Rotational descent of the bladder base caused by flaccid pelvic floor is often the cause of severe dysuria in neurogenic bladder of lower moter neuron type. Anteriorly rotation cystourethrography previously reported is preferable diagnostic aid for detection of such cause of dysuria. Elevation of the bladder base and anterior rotation of the bladder axis will bring a beneficial effect to the above type of dysuria. A satisfactory result of anterior rotation and fixation of the bladder by rectus muscle flap against dysuria in flaccid pelvic floor is reported.
