| 抄録: | A case of right renal angiomyolipoma in a 67-year-old female was reported. She visited our clinic with chief complaint of right flank pain and mass. The removed specimen sized 14×6×4cm, weighed 240 g and histopathological finding was renal angiomyolipoma. This case was not complicated with Bourneville-Pringle phacomatosis. We collected 52 cases of angiomyolipoma from Japanese literature including our case and its statistical study was done. |
