| 抄録: | Spontaneous rupture of the kidney is a rare condition and mostly accompanied with hydronephrosis or periarteritis nodosa. A 35-year-old woman with polycystic disease of the kidney was admitted to the hospital because of abdominal pain and shock. She had been known to have Bourneville-Pringle's disease with peculiar papules on her face. Nephrectomy was performed on the left side. |
