| 抄録: | Cospanon was administered to 30 patients with urolithiasis, mostly stone in the ureter. The clinical evaluation was made as follows, 1) Spontaneous discharge of stone was induced in 15 cases (16 stones), Descent of good distance (more than 5 cm) was observed in 5 cases and no movement of stone was seen in 10 cases, If limited for the small calculus group (smaller than 5×5 mm) 7 out of 8 stones spontaneously passed within 2 months period. 2) Analgesic effect was observed in 76, 7%. 3) No side effects were recognized even under the strict investigation. |
