| 抄録: | A 5-year-old boy had a right orchiectomy for a progressively growing and painful testicular mass after traumatic episode on the right scrotal area. The right testicular mass was first noticed at the age of 3 years by his mother. The tumor resected surgically measured 3.0×2.0×2.0cm and 6.0g in weight. Microscopically the tumor was hemo-lymphangioma probably arised in tunica vaginalis commemis testis, and adrenal cortical tissue was also found near the mediastinum of the testis. |
