尿管異所開口の3例

Abstract

Three cases of ureteral ectopias in females were experienced. Case 1 and Case 2 were type 1 according to Thorn's classification, with the ectopic ureteral orifice at the vagina. As the kidneys of the affected side were hypoplastic, nephrectomy was performed on both cases. Case 3 was type 3 (Thorn's classification). The right ectopic ureteral orifice was noticed at the external urethral orifice, as a small hole. Uretero-ureterostomy was performed by end-toside anastomosis of the same side, and excellent result was obtained. 433 case reports are seen in Japanese literature. Discussions were made on the cases collected from Japanese literature, including three cases in this report.
