| 抄録: | A case of idiopathic retroperitoneal fibrosis with severe edema on legs and scrotum in 68-yearold male is reported. Patient was treated with bilateral ureterolysis and steroid therapy. Edema disappeared immediately after operation and patient is doing well postoperatively. Literatures were reviewed briefly concerning about diagnosis and therapy of this disease. |
