| 抄録: | A 45-year-old man developed a painless swelling of left scrotal content during the course of IgD-λtype multiple myeloma. Orchiectomy proved plasmocytic infiltration of the testicle. The patient had remission and exacerbation with postoperative chemotherapy (prednisolone and carvazilquinone) and radiation therapy till he expired in seven months. Testicular involvement of multiple myeloma is a rare condition and only 19 cases have been reported in the literatures. Our case is the first report in Japan. Literatures are briefly reviewed and a discussion of secondary testicular tumor is presented. |
