| 抄録: | Ten patients with histological proof of prostatic carcinoma were scanned with 99mTc_EHDP and the results were compared with conventional x-ray bone survey. The 99mTc-EHDP scan was more sensitive and more lesions were determined than roentgen studies in the detection of skeletal metastasis. In addition, incidental intracranial lesion and urinary tract pathology have been visualized on bone scanning. Scanning with 99mTc-EHDP is considered to be the most effective diagnostic procedure for determining the presence and the extent of skeletai metastasis from prostatic carcinoma. |
