| 抄録: | Robaveron was administered intramuscularly to 29 patients with neurogenic bladder dysfunction one ampule per day for successive 14 to 28 days. Its clinical evaluation was made by means of cystometry, measurement of residual urine and observation of subjective symptoms. 1) Of 29 cases, 9 responded well, 6 fair and 14 none. 2) Cystometric study showed rise of voiding pressure in 18 of 25 cases. Decrease of residual urine was observed in 19 of 29, 12 showing decrease of more than 25%. 3) Subjective symptoms remained almost unchanged. 4) No untoward reaction was observed. |
