| 抄録: | Cospanon was administered to 314 patients with 327 ureteral stones. The clinical evaluation, especially for the spontaneous passage, was made as follows. 1) Spontaneous passage of stone was induced in 255 stones (78.0%), and no movement of stone seen in 33 stones (10.1 %). 2) Analgesic effect was observed in 71.5%. 3) As for side effect, sense of fullness in the epigastrium was observed in two patients and thirst in one patient. |
