腎癌転移による続発性泌尿性器腫瘍の3例

Abstract

Metastatic urogenital tumors are relatively infrequent in the case reports. We experienced three cases of such tumors from carcinoma of the stomach. Case I: A 74-year-old man was admitted because of lower abdominal pain and swelling of the scrotum on the right side. Surgery was carried out under the diagnosis of bilateral tumor of the spermatic cord. Simultaneous laparotomy disclosed multiple neoplasms of the stomach, liver and intraperitoneal cavity. Pathohistological diagnosis was carcinoma of the stomach. Case 2: A 39-year-old man having history of surgery for stomach cancer was admitted because of lower abdominal and flank pain on the left side. Surgery and pathohistological study disclosed tumor of the kidney and ureter on the left side originating from carcinoma of the stomach. Case 3: A 59-year-old woman was seen with frequent urination. A mass was palpable in the lower abdomen bimanually. Surgery and pathohistological diagnosis disclosed vesical infiltration of the Schnitzler's metastasis from carcinoma of the stomach.
