| 抄録: | 1) Intrasinusal pyelolithotomy in situ was performed on 29 cases with renal staghorn calculi, using either Gil-Vernet's method on 16 cases or Hellstrom's method on 13 cases. 2) In 16 cases treated by means of Gil-Vernet's method, average operation time was one hour and 44 minutes and average blood loss was 345g. Renal stones could not be completely removed out from each renal pelvis in 4 cases out of them. 3) In 13 cases treated by means of Hellstrom's method, average operation time was one hour and 54 minutes and average blood loss was 375g. Renal stones could not be completely removed out from each renal pelvis in 5 cases out of them. 4) Advantages and disadvantages between these two methods were discussed. |
