| 抄録: | Seventeen cases of complicated urinary tract infections were treated with ampicillin-dicloxacillin combination (Combipenix) for 7 to 14 days, and the results of these treatments were excellent or good in 9 cases (53%) and poor in 8 cases. Six patients who have simple urinary tract infections were also treated with Combipenix in the same program and in all of these patients urinary infections had completely disappeared. As for side effects of Combipenix, eruptions were observed in 2 cases and diarrhea in one case. Hematologic, hepatic and renal function tests performed before and after administration were quite normal. Combipenix was thought to be useful therapeutic for urinary tract infections. |
