大阪大学泌尿器科学教室における最近5年間(1972-1976)の手術症例について

Abstract

The statistics of 1930 urological operations performed at the Department of Urology, Osaka University Hospital in the 5 year period from 1972 to 1976 were made. They were compared with the proceeding statistics of two periods (1957～1966 and 1967～1971), and the recent trend of urological operations was investigated. 1. Operations upon the bladder and the prostate have increased and those on the urethra decreased compqring preceeding 5 years. 2. Nephrectomy decreased except donor nephrectomy in renal allotransplantation. Renal allotransplantation has increased. 3. For renal calculi, nephrolithotomy and pyelolithotomy have increased instead of partial nephrectomy. 4. Transurethral surgery on the bladder and the prostate has been still increasing. 5. TUR-Bt or total cystectomy with urinary diversion was established as principle of the treatment for the bladder tumor. Total cystectomy markedly increased in these 5 years. Pelvic evisceration was performed in five patients with intrapelvic malignancy. 6. As to urinary diversion, ileal conduit have increased and nephrostomy and cutaneous ureterostomy have decreased.
