| 抄録: | Cospanon was administered to 82 ureterolithiasis patients (85 stones) in a dosage of 6 tablets per day at the Department of Urology, Kawasaki City Hospital. 1) Fifty-eight stones (68.2%) were discharged during the observation period. 2) Only 19.5% of the patients complained of pain despite administration of Cospanon. 3) As untoward effects, pain at the breast and sensation of the lower abdominal fullness were observed each in a case. |
