| 抄録: | An investigation was made on recurrence rate of the bladder tumor, especially its relation with the operation methods and the pathological findings. These patients were observed during the period from 1961 to 1976. 1) About the operation methods of the bladder tumors, TUC had the lowest recurrence rate and TVC had the highest. Nevertheless, the patients who underwent the partial cystectomy with uretero-vesiconeostomy showed the lower recurrence rate than the patients who were treated by the TUC if limited within the five years period. 2) The higher the grade was, observed were the more recurrences. 3) The higher the stage was, also observed were the more recurrences. |
