重複癌の2例 (膀胱と胃,および前立腺と直腸)

Abstract

Two cases of double cancer were reported as follows. Case 1 was a 67-year-old man with the synchronous one of bladder cancer (transitional cell carcinoma) and gastric cancer (adenocarcinoma). Gastrectomy was performed for the latter one and total cystectomy with ileal conduit was done for the former one. No recurrence has been found one year and seven months after operation. Case 2 was an 82-year-old man with rectal cancer (papillotubular adenocarcinoma) and prostatic cancer (undifferentiated adenocarcinom, ), which was found one year after the former one. Chemotherapy was performed, but he died of cachexia one year and ten months later. Two hundred and seventy-nine cases of double cancer collected from the recent Japanese literature were reviewed and discussed.
