| Abstract: | The patient was a 61-year-old man with tumor in the diverticulum of the urinary bladder. Tumors in the diverticulum located on the right posterior wall of the bladder were multiple. Total cystectomy and ileal conduit were performed. Histological diagnosis was made as transitional cell carcinoma, grade III and stage C. Eighty-two cases were reviewed from the Japanese literatures and results of opinionaire as to incidence, sex, age, symptoms, urinary cytology, diagnosis, operative treatment, pathologic diagnosis and prognosis. |
