尿流量率に影響を与える排尿因子についての検討 -正常例および下部尿路障害症例の尿水力学的検査結果からの検討-

Abstract

The urinary flow rate measured by an ultrasonic Doppler flow meter was analysed in relation to 5 "voiding factors” such as intra-abdominal pressure, urethral pressure, vesical pressure, tone of anal sphincter and EMG of anal sphincter which were simultaneously monitored by a 6 channel polygraph. The urinary flow rate varied depending on contractile force of detrusor, intra-abdominal pressure during micturition, relaxation of the pelvic floor muscles and the opening of the vesical neck, and it showed sometimes false negative results in patients with infravesical obstruction. Therefore, it would be concluded that the measurements of urinary flow rate alone have no value as a screening test for lower urinary tract obstruction and simultaneous measurements of several "voiding factors" are essential for this purpose.
