睾丸腫瘍49例の臨床的検討

Abstract

Forty-nine cases of testicular tumors were experienced in Kanazawa University Hospital during the past 13.75 years from January, 1965 to September, 1978. A clinico-statistical study was made on these 49 cases. The results obtained were as follows: 1. The histopathological examination were revealed as follows; type I in 18 cases (36.7%), type II in 12 cases (24.5%), type III in 10 cases (20.4%), type IV in 4 cases (8.3%) and type V in one case (2.0%) respectively, according to the pathological classification by Dixon & Moore. Of 4 nongerminal tumor out of the 49 cases, one was leukemic infiltration and three were reticulum cell sarcomas. 2. Two cases occurred in undescended testis and two cases had a history of trauma. 3. The age of these cases ranged from 7 months to 60 years old. Fourteen cases (28.6%) occurred in childhood and 10 cases under 3 years of age were all alive. 4. All but one case (Stage III) of 18 cases in type I were alive. But in other types the prognosis were poor. 5. One case in type IV, stage Ib treated with orchiectomy, chemotherapy (EX, GOPP), radiation and dissection of metastatic lymphnodes was alive over 9 years.
