| dc.description.abstract | Lumbodorsal approach (Lurz) in ureterolithotomy and pyelolithotomy was evaluated from our clinical experience. Compared to vertical lumbotomy (Gil-Vernet), lumbodorsal approach yields a wider operative field and operative procedure is performed with no difficulty. Iliohypogastric nerve is completely preserved. The advantage of this operation such as the short approach to the operative target and early post-operative ambulation is confirmed. | en |
