| 抄録: | The effect of Tsumura Hachimijiogan on disturbances at micturition was clinically evaluated in 61 out-patients having BPH and/or BNC. Of 61, 39 patients (63.9%) had subjective improvement in their complaints after oral administration. No more significant adverse reactions than diarrhea in 2 cases and constipation in 1, respectively, were observed clinically and in laboratory examinations. To clarify the mechanism of action of this drug on urinary system, further pharmacological researches and studies in urodynamics seem to be required. |
