| 抄録: | Seven patients with disseminated nonseminomatous testicular tumor were treated by the three-drug combination therapy of vincristine, actinomycin D and bleomycin (VAB). This chemotherapy regimen produced 28% complete and 85% partial reminissions. Nausea, vomitting, loss of appetite, pigmentation of skin and nail, and alopecia occurred in all cases. But severe myelosuppression was not noted in any cases. The VAB plus methotrexate therapy was done in the three cases out of the patients. |
