Abstract

In the first section of this paper, the central and peripheral nervous pathways controlling ejaculation as well as the receptor mechanism were explained. In the second section, clinical observations of ejaculatory disturbances including those due to spinal cord injury and surgery of the pelvic organs were shown, introducing our methods of treatment for ejaculatory disturbance based on the basic research of physiology of ejaculation.
