包茎患者における心身医学的研究 -特にインポテンスとの関連について-

Abstract

To examine the psychosomatic problem in phimosis patients, 20 patients with false phimosis before operation were submitted to Cornell Medical Index, Rorschach test and our original questionnaire during past 1 year at Osaka City University Hospital and Osaka Teishin Hospital, and compaired with normal ones and impotence patients. The results were as followed: 1. The phimosis 'group had more persons with complex and anxiety in sexual act than the normal group. 2. However the difference of body development between phimosis group and normal group could not be identified, the phimosis group showed delay of sexual interest and escape from girl friends. 3. The phimosis group was in the middle of the normal group and the impotence group and it seemed that many patients with much sexual complex in the phimosis group shifted to impotence.
