| 抄録: | Herein we described a simple and convenient technique of coagulum pyelolithotomy using human fibrinogen. The procedure has been carried out in 9 patients with successful results. Clinical results were discussed as compared with the method using autologous plasma. We considered that the commercial fibrinogen was more suitable for the material of this operative procedure. |
