| 抄録: | Immunological examinations were made on 9 patients under maintenance hemodialysis. Nine patients consisted of 5 men and 4 women. They are on the regular hemodialysis schedule, 3 times a week and 5 hours per each. The hemodialysis apparatus used are variable such as hollow fiber and coil form etc. IgG, IgA, IgM and complement C3c and C4 were determined. For determination of IgG, IgA, IgM, Tri-Partigen kit of Behring Werke Company, and for C3c and C4, M-Partigen kit of the same company. IgG was low in 2 cases. Only one case showed the depression of the value of IgA. IgM was low in 2 cases. (C3c(β1 A-globulin) was low in all the cases. C4(β1 E-globulin) was low in 5 cases. |
