神経因性膀胱に対するロバベロンの使用成績について

Abstract

Robaveron was tried on 22 patients suffering from neurogenic bladder showing hypotonic pattern. The results were as follows: 1) Volume voided increased from 27.3 ml to 92.3 m! (p<0.01) and maximum voiding pressure increased from 28.2 mmHg to 45.4 mmHg (p<0.001). 2) Residual urine volume decreased from 265.8 ml to 117.0 ml (p<0.05), and residual urine ratio decreased from 78.1 % to 54.9% (p<0.005). 3) Clinical response was excellent in 7 cases, good in 5 cases, poor in 10 cases. 4) No side effects were observed except urinary incontinence in 3 cases. From the results above, Robaveron is considered to be an effective drug for neurogenic bladder showing hypotonic pattern.
