膀胱頚部硬化症の定義および病因について

Abstract

The entity of bladder neck contracture has been described by many authors with various diagnostic expression and pathological findings, mainly fibrous change at the vesical neck. Recently, some of bladder neck contractures are later diagnosed as the condition of dyssynergia of the detrusor and sphincter muscles by urodynamic studies with a few explanation for vesical neck contracture as a secondary phenomenon. In our series, the pathological investigation was performed on the operated cases being diagnosed as bladder neck contracture. The finding was characterised by a various degree of overgrowth of fibrous tissue in the socalled internal sphincter. However, its definition and etiology are mysterious because of the inadequate criteria and the lack of any confirmatory pathological finding as an independent disease.
